This project is the hotel component of Coreum, a 120,000 m² testing, training and educational facility, and showroom space for construction and material handling machinery. The concept for the hotel's interior translates the brand’s identity into a spatial experience in a subtle way.  The ground floor shelters a social atmosphere and facilitates interaction, connection, gathering and a sense of belonging.  As an all encompassing space - a hotel, restaurant, bar, lounge and event space - it brings together work, hospitality and community in one.  

In order to be constructed within the project’s modest budget, the rooms are stripped of unneeded elements and concentrates on the essential aspects of a hotel room without compromising style. By incorporating subtle references to Kiesel’s brand identity, the rooms are imbued with a unique character.
