The concept for the Parkland Showflats was developed in a study of contrasts and complements.  Two showflats of similar size and offering were designed to each have a distinct design concept and point of view expressed through detailing, materiality, furnishings, space planning and lifestyle approach.  

Apartment A embodies modern traditional Chinese style by combining rich materials, patterns, textures and tailored detailing.  The programming respects traditional Chinese culture through the consideration of multigenerational families and through the hierarchical arrangement of spaces.
