The concept for the Parkland Showflats was developed in a study of contrasts and complements.  Two showflats of similar size and offering were designed to each have a distinct design concept and point of view expressed through detailing, materiality, furnishings, space planning and lifestyle approach.  

Apartment B appeals to a young and globally informed audience and articulates luxury through comfort and casualness.  It combines an informal plan, a soothing, neutral palette and thoughtful details to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
